Terms of Service

By subscribing to AI Sports Betting Pro (“the Service”), operated by Ai sports betting pro LLC(“we”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. What we provide

The Service is a subscription that delivers daily sports betting suggestions (“Picks”) via email and the subscriber portal, plus access to the Universal Timing Oracle dashboard at /cosmic and the public cosmic endpoints that support it. Picks are research and commentary — not financial advice and not a guarantee of any outcome.

Our delivery contract is daily, before the first game. When the day’s card is marked ready, we send it immediately. If no game clears our analytical and timing bars, the daily backstop sends a short no-slate note instead of a fabricated play. Delivery can still be delayed or interrupted as described in Section 7.

2. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• The founder-cohort rate is $299 USD per month, charged to your card by Ai sports betting pro LLC on the same day each month (or the month’s last day, if earlier), starting on the day you sign up.
• Your rate is locked for the life of your subscription — even after public pricing changes — as long as you remain in good standing and don’t cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account portal with one click (Cancel renewal), or by emailing support. No phone call is required.
• If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; we don’t prorate refunds for partial months.
• If you re-subscribe after canceling, your rate becomes whatever the public rate is at that time.
• Payments are generally non-refundable, with exceptions only where required by law or for documented duplicate or erroneous charges. Full details are in our Subscription Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal sports-betting age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By subscribing you represent that you meet this requirement and that placing sports bets is legal where you reside.

4. Not financial advice

Picks and any related analysis (including cosmic timing overlays, NEO scores, and conviction multipliers) are for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, licensed handicappers, or regulated investment professionals. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any money you risk.

5. Acceptable use

• You may use Picks for your personal betting decisions.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, syndicate, or publicly republish Picks or any portion of the daily email or dashboard.
• You may NOT scrape, automate, or rate-limit-circumvent the public APIs beyond reasonable personal use.
• You may NOT use the Service if you are a competing pick-distribution service.

6. Account security

You sign in with your email address and a password of at least 10 characters. A new account is confirmed through a single-use link sent to its email before its first sign-in, and you sign in before paying, so a membership always belongs to an account. Forgotten passwords are reset through a single-use link sent to your email; setting a new password signs out your other devices. Repeated wrong passwords temporarily lock the account. Keep your password and your email account secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Picks will be profitable, that delivery will be uninterrupted, or that the Service will be error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost bets, lost bankrolls, or lost opportunity.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these terms, engage in payment fraud, or use the Service in a way that materially harms us or other subscribers. In most cases we’ll reach out first and try to resolve the issue.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
