Refund Policy

AI Sports Betting Pro sells access to digital sports research and commentary that is delivered immediately after purchase. Because of that, payments are generally non-refundable. This page explains the policy in full.

Subscriptions

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy.
• We do not issue prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods, including when you cancel part-way through a period or do not use the Service.

One-time passes

Day and week passes are one-time purchases that grant immediate access and do not renew. This same non-refundable policy applies to them.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following situations:

• Where a refund is required by applicable law.
• For documented duplicate or erroneous charges, for example being billed twice for the same period or charged after a confirmed cancellation.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting times depend on your card issuer or bank.

How to request a refund

Email support@aisportsbettingpro.com from the address you used at checkout and include the date and amount of the charge. You can also call +1 (619) 829-0886. We review every request and reply by email.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer. We can usually resolve duplicate or erroneous charges faster directly.
